Chef Paco Pérez, hailing from Llançà, began his culinary journey at age 12 in his family's tapas bar. His Mediterranean roots were enriched by the influences of French Nouvelle cuisine and what El Bulli and Ferran Adrià later represented, with whom they shared territory. With a total of five Michelin stars, Paco now leads Miramar (2010), Enoteca (2010), and Arco (2024).

 

Paco Pérez works with the goal of winning the complicity of his customers on a daily basis, thanks to a unique and innovative concept described as the freshness of the sea and the essence of ingredients.

 

A chef with character and a deep culinary vocation. His career, marked by an inquisitive spirit, expertise and teamwork, has brought him Michelin star recognition.

 

Chef Paco Pérez has five Michelin stars; two stars at his restaurant Miramar, one Michelin Star in ARCO, Gdansk and two stars at the restaurant Enoteca in Barcelona.

Paco Pérez, along with his wife Montse Serra, runs Miramar, a renowned restaurant in Llanca, a small fishing town on the Costa Brava near the Spain-France border. Originally a family seaside hostel, Miramar has evolved into a symbol of avant-garde Mediterranean gastronomy under Paco's creative leadership. The restaurant focuses on local, high-quality ingredients, particularly from the sea, to create innovative dishes that blend tradition with modern techniques.

 

Located at Cap de Creus, Miramar offers stunning sea views and has become a pilgrimage site for gourmets worldwide, earning two Michelin stars and three Repsol suns.

Arco by Paco Pérez, the first-ever Michelin Star restaurant in GdaÅ„sk, is located on the 33rd floor of Olivia Star, offering sweeping views of the Baltic Sea. The restaurant masterfully combines Polish produce with Spanish and Italian influences, delivering ambitious dishes like the intensely flavored jamón risotto.
