Inspired by the rugged beauty and rich maritime heritage of northern Costa Brava, this collaborative culinary endeavor with renowned Michelin Star Chef Paco Pérez and Barcino seeks to elevate our gastronomic offerings by introducing the essence of Catalonia’s untouched coastal landscapes to the Philippines.
Under the theme of La Mar d’Amunt, a meticulously curated 12-course tasting dinner menu will be presented on October 18, 19, and 20 at Barcino, S Maison.
