La Mar d'Amunt, our muse and our home, where the waves dance in harmony and our dreams come to life. Inspired by its beauty, Michelin Star Chef Paco Pérez has crafted a menu with a tsunami of textures, flavors, and ideas, capturing the freshness of the sea and the essence of Catalan cuisine.

​Savor a 12-course tasting menu that celebrates this unique fusion, showcasing seafood creations enhanced with Iberian spices and techniques. This extraordinary tasting menu is priced at P15,000 per person, inclusive of value-added tax. The menu can be paired with carefully selected wines during the event date.
